Return & Refund Policy – Kidments

At Kidments, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer high-quality kids’ products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or fall under "non-returnable" categories such as undergarments, feeding accessories, or customized products.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  • Email us at support@kidments.pk or WhatsApp at [Your Number] with your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Share clear photos of the product showing the issue, if applicable.
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back. Return shipping charges are:

  • Free if the error is on our side (wrong item).

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds can be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or store credit (based on your preference).
  • Processing time:Β 7-14 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

We allow size or product exchanges, subject to availability. Exchange requests must also meet our return eligibility conditions.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked final sale.
  • Undergarments, pacifiers, feeding bottles, and other hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Products that are used or not in original condition.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possibleβ€”you must go through the return process.
