At Kidments, we aim to deliver your favorite kids’ products quickly, safely, and affordably across Pakistan. Below are the details of our shipping process:
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We deliver nationwide via trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping:
- PKR 200 flat rate on all orders
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- You can track your order using the link provided or contact us for updates.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will assist you in resolving issues.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order.
- Kidments is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
